CTPA Institute is open to anyone seeking to advance their professional skills — working professionals, fresh graduates, and career changers alike. There are no strict academic prerequisites for most short courses; however, some advanced programs may require prior qualifications or work experience.

Program duration varies. Short professional courses typically run for 2–8 weeks, while diploma and certificate programs may run for 3–12 months. Each program page shows the exact duration and schedule.
Yes. Many of our programs are offered in hybrid or fully online formats, allowing students to learn at their own pace. In-person classes are held at our Kampala campus. Contact us to confirm the delivery mode for your chosen program.
Upon successful completion you will receive an official CTPA Institute certificate or diploma. Our certifications are recognized by employers across East Africa and internationally. Some programs are affiliated with internationally accredited bodies.
Fees & Payment

We accept bank transfers, mobile money (MTN & Airtel), and cash payments at our offices. Installment payment plans are available for eligible programs — speak to our admissions team for details.

Student Life & Support
Your Student ID is issued after you have completed enrollment and your fees are confirmed. It will appear on your registration letter and physical ID card, which is collected from our offices.
CTPA Institute holds an annual graduation ceremony, typically in May. The 11th Graduation Ceremony is scheduled for 30th May 2026 at Speke Resort Munyonyo Commonwealth Convention Center, Kampala. Check the Newsfeed for updates.
