Regards to CTPA Team,am delighted to have this great opportunity to echo out my experience as far as CTPA studying is concerned,1 Great thing I wd do is to truly appreciate all the mgt team that coordinates the program,am glad u act like elites who've been to class n not passed via class,n u truly understand student problems and the nature of surbodantes you're leading honestly if every study institution was like this learning WD be much enjoyable for all university learners,u understand how busy the work schedules are and truly know n pardon students whom you really know that some of their inconveniences towards study schedules are beyond their control for instance,power outbreaks,network interruptions,busy work schedules causing them to miss out on some assignments,u really pardon them and they get chance to attempt.

My name is Kirinda Roy. I completed Administrative Law at CTPA Institute.
Before joining CTPA, I was working as a Program Officer at Integrated Community Health Network, Bukwo. I was supporting community health programs, but I wanted to understand the law behind how government agencies and organizations operate, make decisions, and are accountable to the public.
The programme changed my perspective completely. The teaching was practical and clear, and my field assessment at Chebiny Child Development Center helped me see how administrative law applies in real life - how agencies get their powers from the law, how they make decisions, and how they are accountable to the community.
I now understand administrative law, public accountability, and decision-making with confidence, and I can apply it directly in my work as a Program Officer.

It did not only cover what is expected as a lawyer but covered a wide spectrum across sectors e.g governance, Human Rights among others. The program taught me be open-minded, be a good listener, and how to adapt to changing situations.
I acquired relevant skills as a school administrator, how to deal with different communities as regards the constitution.
I will forever be grateful to CTPA for offering me a platform to grow and being a change agent in my professional.

My name is Kibaya Samuel Greenford, a third year student at Gulu university pursuing a bachelor's degree in development management. I graduated from CTPA institute on 3rd October 2026 at Speke resort Munyonyo Commonwealth Centre with a certificate in Risk Management and Mitigation. Balancing my university studies with CTPA was challenging because I was attending to exams at university by that time while while studying Risk management at CTPA and it all called for hard work, determination and persistence, I must say it was all truly rewarding. As a student who was pursuing bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Makerere University Business School, my uncle told me to do an online course immediately after finishing my last final examination and I had about CTPA INSTITUTE from my gorgeous girlfriend who did it and graduated from CTPA INSTITUTE in the 11th graduation. Studying Results Based monitoring and evaluation and finishing it using my personal savings that I wanted to use it after campus but I invested it in studying at CTPA, my thinking about monitoring and evaluation have changed completely since I was depending on the knowledge got from my program at campus. Because of that, I immediately enrolled in for another course which is Project Planning and Management and this has open for me many opportunities and where I was volunteering as an entrepreneurship teacher, I have been appointed as assistant project manager and also monitoring and evaluate the organization project progress since the school belongs to an NGO found in Lira City.
